PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial manufacturing method of arylsulfapentafluoride.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method including generating arylsulfapentafluoride by reacting arylsulfahalotetrafluoride represented by the formula (II) and hydrogen fluoride anhydride in presence of an additive of fluoride with molar ratio of the arylsulfahalotetrafluoride:the hydrogen fluoride anhydride in a range of 1:10 to 1:150.
