PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive device for setting a height of a plucking device, by millimeter unit.SOLUTION: A means provided by "installing stoppers at pieces, inserting a screw into the stopper via a spring, and simply fine-tuning the height of the plucking device by inserting or extracting the screw in the traveling type tea leaf plucker linking two traveling devices straddling a tea ridge with a gate-formed frame, attaching the plucking device at the lower side of the gate-formed frame, plucking tea leaves while traveling along the tea ridge, and also setting the height of the plucking device by fitting an indication needle installed at the plucking device with vertical pieces" is used.
