Preplant treatment of seeds is carried out at the rate of application of the preparation 40–200 g/t on a solid substance, and treatment of vegetating plants is carried out by spraying at least once in a dose of 100–400 g/ha on a solid substance during each treatment. From the class of glycols propylene glycol can be used as an organic substance.
