Disclosed is a manufacturing system using a tray in the present invention. The manufacturing system according to the present invention comprises: a tray which has several maintaining units in which materials are accommodated respectively; a first recognition means which recognizes tray identification information; a material preparing unit which has a computer terminal for using the recognized tray identification information to display a tray image on a display; a working unit which has a working robot which picks up materials accommodated in the tray and performs manufacturing processes; a material supplying unit which is provided in one side of the working unit to locate the tray on a pickup place; a second recognition means which is installed in the working unit or in the material supplying unit and recognizes the tray identification information of the tray reached to the pickup place; and a control unit which controls the working robot according to the manufacturing process checked by the tray identification information recognized by the second recognition means. According to the present invention, a worker intuitively checks locations to accommodate materials while seeing a tray image displayed through a display, such that a work burden can be reduced, and the accuracy of material accommodation can be greatly improved. In addition, since materials can be arranged in the maintaining units of the tray, separate material arranging means is unnecessary.
