PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress ghost-like artifacts in reconstructed images by performing more robust phase correction of received signals in magnetic resonance imaging by EPI employing a parallel imaging method.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance signal processing apparatus according to the present invention, comprises: acquisition means for acquiring magnetic resonance signals received by a surface coil and magnetic resonance signals received by a body coil, by EPI scanning employing a parallel imaging method calculation means for calculating a phase correction coefficient for the magnetic resonance signals received by the surface coil, on the basis of the magnetic resonance signals received by the body coil correction means for correcting the magnetic resonance signals received by the surface coil, using the phase correction coefficient and reconstruction means for reconstructing an image, on the basis of the corrected magnetic resonance signals.
