Surgical cutting apparatus (1) for removal of human tissue tumour. The apparatus (1) comprises a first knife (2) with a circular shaped side wall (5) comprising a cutting edge (6). The first knife (2) being arranged for cutting tissue in a first direction (7). The apparatus (1) comprises a shank (8), wherein the shank (8) has a width (w) of less than 15 millimetres. The first knife (2) has a height (h) of less than 15 millimetres. The shank (8) being a yoke comprising two legs (8a, 8b) interconnected at their respective second shank ends (10a, 10b). The apparatus (1) permitting removal of human tissue tumour by firstly bringing the first knife (2) under the skin through a narrow incision, and secondly cutting the tissue in the first direction (7) axially with the first knife (2), by an axially pressing and rotating movement of the first knife (2).L'invention concerne un appareil chirurgical de coupe (1) servant au retrait d'une tumeur de tissu humain. L'appareil (1) comprend un premier couteau (2) ayant une paroi latérale de forme circulaire (5) comprenant un bord de coupe (6). Le premier couteau (2) est agencé pour couper un tissu dans une première direction (7). L'appareil (1) comprend une tige (8), la tige (8) ayant une largeur (w) inférieure à 15 millimètres. Le premier couteau (2) a une hauteur (h) inférieure à 15 millimètres. La tige (8) est une fourche comprenant deux pattes (8a, 8b) interconnectées au niveau de leurs secondes extrémités de tige respectives (10a, 10b). L'appareil (1) permet de retirer une tumeur de tissu humain en amenant tout d'abord le premier couteau (2) sous la peau par l'intermédiaire d'une incision étroite, puis en découpant le tissu dans la première direction (7) axialement par rapport au premier couteau (2), par un mouvement de compression axiale et de rotation du premier couteau (2).
