PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide skin cleanser compositions that have moderate viscosity, have excellent fineness of foam even in a condition of difficulty of foaming, have excellent foam volume and elasticity, and have no sliminess after rinsing.SOLUTION: Provided is a skin cleanser composition containing the following component (a) to (d). The mass ratio [a/(b+c)] is 0.1 to 1.0, and the mass ratio (d/a) is 0.10 to 0.60.
