PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper limb stretch exercise aid for facilitating an exercise to stretch an upper limb without reference to a place.SOLUTION: In an aid body 10 of an upper limb stretch exercise aid 1, the portion of a first enlarged diameter part 12 connected to one end of a center cylinder part 11 has a circular arcuate first curve surface 121 projecting in a direction approaching a shaft center CA of the center cylinder part 11. The portion of a second enlarged diameter part 13 connected to the other end of the center cylinder part 11 has a circular arcuate second curve surface 131 projecting in a direction approaching the shaft center CA of the center cylinder part 11.
