The stem has one end contacting a proximal surface of the distal flexible cap, wherein the distal flexible cap is formable toward an axis when deflected in the first direction. The stem further comprises a proximally positioned aperture. The distal cap and the stem are formed from a single integral piece of a bio-absorbable material.
