The present invention relates to monospecific or bispecific antibody molecules that specifically bind to human DR5 antigen. The present invention particularly relates to the use of an IgG1 isotype DR5-specific antibody molecule having a mutation in the Fc region that enhances the clustering of IgG molecules after cell-surface antigen binding, resulting in induction of DR5 signaling, apoptosis and apoptosis . The invention further relates to combinations of antibody molecules that bind to different epitopes on DR5.
