PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine and oral administration management aid for preventing forgetting oral administration and residual medicine, by solving the problems that since many of conventional oral administration forgetting-preventing tools manage oral medicines for one week, it is necessary to repeat setting for oral administration management for a long period, and a repeatedly support is required residual oral medicines are stored in other places and lost and carrying in medical examination or hospitalization is not linked for a medical doctor or a pharmacist to confirm an oral administration condition.SOLUTION: A medicine and oral administration management aid is used by providing a plurality of files with pockets in which oral medicines are set in an assembly type holder, and three-dimensionally erecting. The files with pockets are backward turned up and fed after finishing oral administration, and oral administration is performed continuously from the pocket which becomes the next front surface. The medicine and oral administration management aid becomes a state like a book while storing the oral medicines by folding the assembly type holder, and becomes easy to carry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の内服忘れ予防具は1週間分の内服薬を管理するものが多く、長期間の内服管理のためにはセットを繰り返す必要があり、度重なる支援が必要であった。また、残った内服薬が別の場所に保管され、紛失することもあった。受診や入院の際に携帯して医師や薬剤師が内服状況の確認をすることにも繋がらなかった。本発明は、内服忘れ及び残薬を予防するための薬剤及び内服管理補助具を提供する。【解決手段】組み立て式ホルダーに内服薬をセットしたポケット付きファイルを複数枚設け、立体的に立てて使用する。ポケット付きファイルは内服を終えた後、後方へめくり上げて繰り、次に前面となったポケットから続けて内服していく作りとなる。 また、組み立て式ホルダーを折りたたむことにより、内服薬を収納したまま本の様な状態となり、容易に携帯することが出来る作りとなる薬剤および内服管理補助具。【選択図】図1
