The present invention relates to a wearable lighting device that comprises a main body (5) fixable to a protective pair of glasses or eye shield, a light source (8) for emitting a beam of light and electric power supply means (11) for the light source (8). The light source (8) is supported by the main body (5) and comprises a plurality of lighting elements (10), each of which emits light with its own emission spectrum. Each lighting element (10) emits light in the visible and/or ultraviolet band of light in its own main frequency band. The main frequency band of at least one lighting element (10) is at least partly included in the visible band. The emission spectrum of the light emitted by each lighting element (10) in its own main frequency band, is different from the emission spectrum of the light emitted by each of the other lighting elements (10), in the respective main frequency band. The lighting device (1) also comprises a control unit (12) connected to the electric power supply means (11) and to the lighting elements (10), for controlling the switching on of the lighting elements (10). The control unit (12) and/or the electric power supply means (11) are configured in such a way as to allow the selective switching on of each lighting element (10) for emitting different beams of light.
