A modular bait feeder is disclosed and includes two or more tunnel modules, and a bait-retaining basket. To assemble the feeder, the bait basket fittingly engages the tunnels so that a feeding opening in the basket opens to the inside of one or more of the tunnels. When the feeder is disassembled, the tunnels stack by fitting inside each other and the basket can be contained within the stacked tunnels.
