PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjuvant composition having high adjuvant tendency and low reactogenicity, and to provide an immunogen-containing immunogenic composition.SOLUTION: The adjuvant composition comprises an ionic polysaccharide component and an immunostimulating complex, wherein the mass ratio of the ionic polysaccharide component to the immunostimulating complex component is 50-300.
