PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for vegetable garden or agriculture on which plural kinds of seeds and seedlings requiring different size of growth area may be planted with a pertinent interval therebetween even in a limited space.SOLUTION: A sheet for vegetable garden or agriculture comprises guide parts 12 at every positions where a seed or seedling is planted, taken into account growth regions ER1, ER2, ER3, ER4 required for growth of seeds and seedlings according to their type. The guide parts 12 are different marks 20, 23, 25, 27 according to size of growth regions ER1, ER2, ER3, ER4 for seeds and seedlings.
