To provide a light emission type treatment tool that is arranged in a human body so as to apply light immune therapy, and is easy to be rendered compact in shape and size.SOLUTION: A light emission type treatment tool 10 to be used for light immune therapy includes: a power incoming coil 30 having a magnetic material 31 and a coil 33 wound around the outer periphery, and generating electric power due to change of fluxes applied from outside power transmission means； a resonant capacitor 40 connected to the power incoming coil 30； and a light emission body 50 for irradiating light reacting to a photosensitive material by electric power generated by the power incoming coil 30.
