PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier bag for oxygen cylinder capable of carrying a control device simultaneously, starting oxygen inhalation promptly at a site, executing cylinder exchange swiftly, and being carried to various sites easily.SOLUTION: An oxygen cylinder housing block 81 accommodates a base plate 91, a plate spring member 92, a cover body 93, and an urethane member 95. The base plate 91 is a bent article of an ABS resin honeycomb panel, and a rising part 91R is 140 mm and a rising part 91L is 40 mm in height. The plate spring member 92 is made of a plated steel and has arc members 92B and 92C that are fixed to a center line member 92A by rivets at a position dividing its length into almost three equal sections. A bottom of an oxygen cylinder 2 is accommodated in a lower part of a horizontal partition plate 71, but an upper part of its left edge is open and thus the cylinder can be taken out or inserted obliquely.
