The food desiccator includes: a body which includes an operation switch, a ventilation part for generating hot air and a coupling protrusion provided at an upper side thereof a tray which is disposed in an upper part of the body and includes an edge, in a lower side thereof, having a fixing protrusion coupled to the coupling protrusion formed in the body and having &Prime3&Prime-shaped opposite sides of cross-sectional surfaces, a hollow-type circulation pipe formed in the center of the inside of the edge, and a stand grill net disposed between the edge and the circulation pipe, connected to the edge and the circulation pipe and on which an object to be dried is loaded and a cover which is disposed in an upper part of the tray and includes a locking protrusion provided in a lower part to be coupled to the upper part of the edge and a knob provided on a side surface.
