The present invention relates to a method and a device to correct the non-invasive measurement of blood glucose, capable of correcting a blood glucose signal measured from an image of white light reflected from skin. The present invention provides a method and a device to accurately measure blood glucose by extracting a fundamental blood glucose signal. The method includes: a step of emitting white light to skin by using a white light source; a step of filtering the white light, reflected from the skin, through first and second wavelength filters; a step of obtaining a first signal, including a blood glucose signal and a pulse signal, based on an image generated by the white light filtered through the first wavelength filter; a step of obtaining a second signal, including a pulse signal, based on an image generated by the white light filtered through the second wavelength filter; a step of obtaining the blood glucose signal by deducting the second signal from the first signal; and a step of calculating blood glucose contents in subcutaneous blood vessels based on the obtained blood glucose signal. According to the disclosed method and device, blood glucose is able to be measured without a method of collecting a fundamental blood glucose signal in real time.
