PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical/surgical lavage unit with a pump that includes a bellows chamber and a supplemental chamber.SOLUTION: When a supplemental chamber 568 is located between an irrigation tube and a pump chamber 576, an inlet valve 582 is located between the supplemental chamber and the pump chamber, and when the supplemental chamber is located between the pump chamber and a pump outlet 590, an outlet valve 584 is located between the pump chamber and the supplemental chamber.
