PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus capable of preventing a dark component from being changed even during use in the case of emergency.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging apparatus comprises: a plurality of pixels 200, each of which includes a conversion element 202 and a transistor 203 and a plurality of drive lines 205 electrically connected to gates 203a of the transistors 203. A control unit 210 performs: storage control in which a drive circuit unit 206 is caused to supply an OFF voltage for turning off the transistors 203 to the plurality of drive lines 205, thereby storing electric signals corresponding to radiations in the plurality of pixels 200 main read control in which the drive circuit unit 206 is caused to successively supply an ON voltage for turning on the transistors 203 to the plurality of drive lines 205, thereby reading electric signals corresponding to radiations out of the plurality of pixels 200 and control in which the drive circuit unit is caused to supply a voltage that is between the OFF voltage and the ON voltage and is different from the OFF voltage and the ON voltage to the plurality of drive lines 205 during a period different from a period in which the storage control is performed and a period in which the main read control is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】緊急時の使用においてもダーク成分の変化を防止できる放射線撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】放射線撮像装置は、各々が変換素子202とトランジスタ203とを含む複数の画素200と、トランジスタ203のゲート203aに電気的に接続された複数の駆動線205と、制御部210が、駆動回路部206にトランジスタ203をオフさせるためのオフ電圧を複数の駆動線205に供給させることにより複数の画素200に放射線に応じた電気信号を蓄積させる蓄積制御と、駆動回路部206にトランジスタ203をオンさせるためのオン電圧を複数の駆動線205に順に供給させることにより複数の画素200から放射線に応じた電気信号を読み出す本読み制御と、蓄積制御を行う期間及び本読み制御を行う期間とは別の期間に駆動回路部にオフ電圧とオン電圧との間であってオフ電圧及びオン電圧とは異なる電圧を複数の駆動線205に供給させる制御を行う。【選択図】図2
