According to a cosmetic composition comprising polylysine of the present application, a stable formulation can be achieved without causing interaction with an emulsifier and a thickener in the cosmetic formulation, and polylysine used in the present invention, as a natural active ingredient, is capable of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms in the cosmetic formulation by using only the cosmetic composition including the polylysine without adding other preservatives, thereby being usefully used to prepare preservative-free cosmetics.본 출원의 폴리리신을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 의하면, 화장품 제형 내 유화제 및 점증제와 상호작용을 일으키지 않고, 안정한 제형을 이룰 수 있으며, 본 발명에 사용된 폴리리신은 천연효능원료로서 다른 방부제를 첨가하지 않고, 상기 폴리리신을 포함하는 화장료 조성물만으로 화장품 제형 내 미생물 생육 억제가 가능하므로 무방부제 화장품을 제조하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
