PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine stock structure of a dispenser, even if respective sets of medicine sheets are backwardly and forwardly deviated significantly, allowing each set to override a sheet projection piece and pass through a partition piece.SOLUTION: This dispenser is so configured that an opening 5318 formed at the front wall 531 of a tablet cassette 500 is partially closed by a partition piece 5313, so that PTP tablet sheets 900, which are stored within the tablet cassette 500 in paired sets, can be taken out to the outside of the tablet cassette 500 in pairs or in multiple sets of pairs and is provided with a pressing piece 5313x in the upstream side of the partition piece 5313, wherein the pressing piece 5313x presses the PTP tablet sheets 900 towards the side of the bottom plate 5301 against an energizing force of a sheet projection prevention piece 543, by bringing a tip end, which extends to the adjacency of the bottom plate 5301 of the tablet cassette 500 with respect to the partition piece 5313, into contact with the PTP tablet sheets 900.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】各セットが前後で有意なズレがある薬剤シートの場合であっても、シート飛び出し片を乗り越えて仕切片を通り抜けることができる調剤装置の薬剤ストック構造を提供する。【解決手段】この調剤装置は、錠剤カセット500内に2枚ずつのセットにして収納したPTP錠剤シート900を、セット単位又は当該セットの倍数単位で錠剤カセット500外へ取り出すように、錠剤カセット500の前壁531に形成された開口部5318を仕切片5313で部分的に塞ぐとともに、仕切片5313の上流側において、該仕切片5313よりも錠剤カセット500の底板5301近くまで延設された先端部をPTP錠剤シート900に当接させることにより、このPTP錠剤シート900をシート飛び出し防止片543による付勢力に抗して前記底板5301側に押圧する押圧片5313xを備えたものである。【選択図】図2
