PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type absorbent article which can obtain sufficient strength in wearing and is easily detached by easily inserting fingers in a non-joining part and easily tearing up a side seal part in the disposal.SOLUTION: An underpants type absorbent article 1 includes an absorbent body 2 and an exterior body 3, and a waist opening part 4 and a pair of leg opening parts 5 are formed by joining both side edge parts 38. The exterior body 3 includes a first elastic member region 31a, a second elastic member region 31b, and a non-elastic member region 31c arranged between them.
