PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for selectively irradiating in high energy efficiency, specific circularly polarized light to an object.SOLUTION: A system for selectively irradiating specific circularly polarized light to an object includes a polarized light state control member 4 which controls the polarized light state of light to produce circularly polarized light, and a circularly polarized light reflecting member 2. In the system, the circularly polarized light reflecting member 2 is arranged on a position allowing circularly polarized light emitting from the polarized light state control member 4 to be incident the circularly polarized light reflecting member 2 produces reflected light selectively including circularly polarized light of the same sense as that of incident circularly polarized light from the polarized light state control member 4, and the circularly polarized light reflecting member 2 is arranged so as to irradiate at least part of reflected light to an object.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
