The system has a generally planar perforated raised floor component. The system has an agitation pump operatively connected to a power supply. The agitation pump is located between the floor and the raised floor component. The system has an anterior side rail located on a top surface of the anterior side wall, a first side rail located on a top surface of the first side wall, and a second side rail located on a top surface of the second side wall.
