PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel that can smoothly change the posture of a bail arm.SOLUTION: A bail reversing mechanism 24 of a spinning reel 10 comprises a rocking member 36, a rod 51, a coil spring 52, and a guide member 53. The rod 51 is constituted so as to be capable of pressing a bail arm 22 in order to rock the bail arm 22. The coil spring 52 biases the rod 51. The rocking member 36 is provided in a rotor 20. The coil spring 52 is housed in the rocking member 36. The guide member 53 is housed in the rocking member 36.
