An administration device for administering an inhibitory drug to a patient in order to inhibit cell division of a malignant cell, including: an administration unit configured to administer an inhibitory drug to a patient; a storage unit of an administration time point configured to save an administration time at which start the administration of an inhibitory drug; a time measuring unit configured to measure the current time; a control unit configured to actuate and administer the administration unit so as to administer the inhibitory drug to the patient when the current time coincides with the administration time, the administration time being set based on a predetermined phase of the cell cycle of the cancer cell. 2. The administration device according to claim 1, wherein the phase in which the effect of inhibiting cell division by the inhibitory preparation is greatest is selected as a predetermined phase of the cell cycle; the cell cycle is divided into several groups of a predetermined duration not greater than the duration of a predetermined phase; and the time of administration was established repeatedly at intervals no less than (T + t), if the cell cycle was determined equal to T, and the predefined duration was determined equal to t, and it was found that the difference in the corresponding instants of administration time for several groups was less than two durations cycle. 3.
