The present invention relates to a solid oral pharmaceutical form, with modified release of at least one active ingredient, containing at least microparticles containing said active ingredient and at least one viscosifying agent in a form isolated from said microparticles of active ingredient, characterized in that said microparticles possess an average diameter ranging from 100 to 600 &mum, and are formed by a core containing at least said active ingredient and coated with at least one coating layer, said core being formed by a support particle covered by a layer comprising at least said active ingredient, said coating layer being formed by a material composed of at least 25 to 70% by weight relative to the total weight of said coating, of at least one polymer A insoluble in water, 30 to 75% by weight relative to the total weight of said coating, of at least one polymer B insoluble in water below pH 5 and soluble in water above pH 7, and 0 to 25% by weight relative to the total weight of said coating, of at least one plasticizer, said polymers A and B being in a polymer(s) B/polymer(s) A weight ratio comprised between 0.25 and 4, and said coating layer representing at least 35% by weight, relative to the total weight of said microparticle.본 발명은 활성 성분을 함유하는 적어도 미세입자 및 활성 성분의 상기 미세입자로부터 분리된 형태의 하나 이상의 점성화제(viscosifying agent)를 포함하는 하나 이상의 활성 성분의 변형된 방출을 갖는 고체 경구 약학 제형으로서 상기 미세입자가 100 내지 600㎛의 범위의 평균 직경을 가지고, 하나 이상의 활성 성분을 함유하고 하나 이상의 코팅 층으로 코팅된 코어에 의하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하고, - 상기 코어는 하나 이상의 활성 성분을 포함하는 층으로 피복된 지지 입자(support particle)에 의하여 형성되고,- 상기 코팅층은 적어도 물에서 불용성인 하나 이상의 중합체 A의 상기 코팅의 총 중량 대비 25 내지 70 중량%, pH 5 미만의 물에서 불용성이고 pH 7 초과의 물에서 가용성인 하나 이상의 중합체 B의 상기 코팅의 총 중량 대비 30 내지 75 중량%, 하나 이상의 가소제(plasticizer)의 상기 코팅의 총 중량 대비 0 내지 25 중량%로 구성된 물질에 의해 형성되고,- 상기 중합체 A 및 B는 0.25 내지 4를 포함하는 중합체(들) B/중합체(들) A 중량비 중에 있고,- 상기 코팅층은 상기 미세입자의 총 중량 대비 적어도 35 중량%를 나타내는 것인 제형에 관한 것이다.
