PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator of a pressure swing adsorption type which has a check valve halfway in a high oxygen concentration gas transfer pipe for supplying high oxygen concentration gas to a product tank, a connecting pipe for connecting the transfer pipes at positions between nitrogen absorption containers and the check valves, and a purge valve halfway in the connecting pipe for discharging nitrogen from the nitrogen absorbing containers, prevents generation of chattering sounds at the check valves, and achieves shortening and downsizing of the transfer pipes.SOLUTION: Electromagnetic valves are used as the check valves 161 and 162 so that opening and closing of the check valves are controlled. With such a configuration, opening and closing of the check valves are not affected by gas pressure within the pipes and generation of chattering sounds is thus prevented. A part M of each transfer pipe is arranged within a manifold block. By doing so, shortening and downsizing of the transfer pipes are achieved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】高酸素濃度ガスを製品タンクに送り込むための高酸素濃度ガス搬送配管の途中に、逆流防止弁が設けられており、この搬送配管における窒素吸着容器と前記逆流防止弁との間の部位が連結配管で連結されており、その連結配管途中に、窒素吸着容器内の窒素の排気用のパージ弁が設けられた圧力変動吸着型の酸素濃縮装置で、逆流防止弁でのチャタリング音の発生を防ぐ。また、前記搬送配管の省配管と小型化を図る。【解決手段】逆流防止弁161,162を電磁弁としてその開閉を制御する構成とした。配管内のガス圧に依存して開閉が影響されないので、逆止弁におけるチャタリング音の発生はなくなる。前記搬送配管の一部Mをマニホールドブロック内に設けた。これにより省配管と小型化が図られる。【選択図】 図2
