PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water generation device not requiring a water quantity sensor and capable of automatically controlling an effective chlorine concentration.SOLUTION: An electrolytic water generation device 20 applies a constant voltage between electrodes 21a,21b in an electrolytic tank 21 storing water containing an additive liquid to which an electrolyte is added, to electrolyze water and generate electrolytic water.
