PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable seedling transplanter equipped with a planting mechanisms of simple construction so designed that, while securing the alternate actions of two planting tools planting seedling roots by lift action, the lift action can be halted through avoiding the lowermost point thereof where a hindrance may occur in handling the lift action.SOLUTION: The vegetable seedling transplanter is provided, being equipped with two planting mechanisms (7a and 7b) comprising two-line lift links (11 and 12) making swing action with a phase difference of 180° by a rotary transmission system and two planting tools (13 and 14) each having a loop action track (T), via each of the lift links (11 and 12), from front-side descending stroke to rear-side ascending stroke and disposed transversely when viewed sideways in this vegetable seedling transplanter.
