System for performing a laminoplasty for the treatment of cervical stenosis in a patient, the system comprising: a laminoplasty plate (100) having a medial part (130) and comprising: a proximal end part (110) having a lower surface (120) defined in the foreground； and a distal end portion (105) having a lower surface (120) defined in a second plane, in which, in the medial part (130), the first plane and the second plane are separated from each other； and a means for attaching the distal end portion (105) of the laminoplasty plate to a side mass portion of a desired cervical vertebra of the patient； a sheet adjustment tool (500) comprising: means for attaching the proximal end part (110) of the laminoplasty plate (100) to the part of the sheet in the relief position； characterized in that the blade adjustment tool (500) further comprises: an elongated guide (510) with a longitudinal axis, and a distal end (512) and a proximal end (514), in which the distal end (512) is configured to engage parts of the laminoplasty plate (100) and to releasably engage a part of the distal end (512) of the laminoplasty plate (100), and in which the proximal end ( 514) is at least partially threaded； a housing (520) defining a longitudinal channel (522) and an internal chamber (524)； a means for controllably raising a part of the sheet separated from the side mass part to a relief position, in which the means comprises a drive nut (530) disposed in the inner chamber (524) having threads of internal threads configured for coaxial alignment with the proximal end (514) of the elongated guide (510), in which the drive nut (530) is configured to selectively engage at least a part of the threads arranged in the proximal end (514) of the elongated guide (510), in which, in a first non-coupling position, the housing (520) can move freely along the longitudinal axis of the proximal end (514) of the elongated guide (510) and, in a second coupling position, the housing (520) can be moved in a co
