PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molybdenum plate collimator simplifying an assembly step and being capable of improving a yield.SOLUTION: Molybdenum plates 2 being provided with a plurality of hole portions having dimensions of short sides or diameters being from 0.1 to 1.0 mm and plate thicknesses being from 0.02 to 0.3 mm are laminated such that each of the plurality of hole portions is a through hole from an upper surface to a lower surface of a laminate. A cross section of each through hole is straight or has a stepped-shape. A size of each stepped-shape is within a range from 0 to 0.010 mm. When a stepped region having the size of each stepped-shape exceeding 0 and being equal to 0.010 mm or less exists in an end portion region 3, a non-stepped region having the size of each stepped-shape of 0 mm exists in a center region and a straight line passing through each through hole is drawn, each straight line is directed to a constant focus, a lamination number of the molybdenum plates 2 is from 10 to 300, a thickness of a collimator is equal to 10 mm or more, and a laminate structure has an R shape and is integrated by fixing by welding or adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】組立工程を簡素化して歩留まりを向上できるモリブデン板コリメータを提供する。【解決手段】短辺または直径が0.1~1.0mmの穴部が複数個設けられ、板厚が0.02~0.3mmであるモリブデン板2を、個々の穴部が積層体の上面から下面まで貫通穴であるように積層する。貫通穴の断面はストレートもしくは段差形状となっており、段差形状は0~0.010mm以内であり、段差形状が0を超えて0.010mm以下の段差領域が端部領域3、段差形状が0mmの非段差領域の中心領域にあり、各貫通穴を貫く直線を引いたとき、各直線は一定の焦点を向いており、モリブデン板の積層枚数が10~300枚であり、コリメータの厚さが10mm以上であり、R形状を有しており、溶接または接着剤による固定により一体化された積層体構造である。【選択図】図1
