The coulter has a coulter disk (3) for introduction of seed or fertilizer in a ground (60) along a driving direction (F). An opener clamp (2) is pivoted at a pivot axis (6). The opener clamp is provided for pivoting holder and attachment of the coulter disk at a coulter frame. A pressure roller (4) is arranged in the driving direction behind the coulter disk. A pressure arm (5) is provided retaining the pressure roller at free ends. An independent claim is also included for a sowing device, which has a spring holder.
