The pumping hose (10) has reciprocally arranged connecting portions (12,14) for connecting with other terminals. The reciprocally arranged flanges (17,18) are inserted into a cassette portion. The tubular center portion (11), connecting portions and flanges are integrally produced from platinum-interlaced silicone. The connecting portion is provided with a seal surface (16) surrounded by a sealing bead (20) protruded beyond the seal surface. The flange is inserted into pump segment, not in gas/fluid-tight manner and provided with nub for connection with center portion.
