PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red cell phlebotomy instrument capable of quickly performing red cell collection and blood plasma reinfusion.SOLUTION: A red cell phlebotomy instrument 1 comprises: an external cylinder 31 in which a puncture member 2 can be mounted a gasket 33 received in the external cylinder 31 a plunger 32 mounted on the gasket 33 and a red cell capture part 4 housed more proximally to a tip side than the plunger in the external cylinder and dividing the interior of the external cylinder into a front portion 30a and a rear portion 30b.
