A method of treating cancer in a mammalian patient comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition to the patient including a pharmacologically effective amount of a first therapeutic, wherein the first therapeutic comprises one or more HER2-targeted peptide functional groups grafted onto a cyclic scaffold, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analogs thereof.
