A plant trellis includes a trellis body, a water-absorbing unit, plural water reservoirs and a circulating module. The trellis body has a horizontal frame and two posts. One of the posts has a first channel and the other post has a second channel. The horizontal frame is provided with an aqueduct and plural plant containers. The water-absorbing unit extends within the first and second channel and the aqueduct. The water reservoirs are installed in the plant containers, respectively, and connected to the water-absorbing unit for drawing and supplying water from the water-absorbing unit to cultivation media.
