The invention relates to a medicament, the active principle of which is Salbutamol. lt could be associated with Dobutamine. lt can be applied to the prevention and/or treatment of eye diseases or disorders, especially of ametropia, presbyopia, hereditary dystrophies of the retina, Glaucoma, cataract, Keratoconus, Macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, orbital and ocular inflammation (optic neuritis, uveitis, conjunctivitis) and dry eye all the ophthalmologic diseases or disorder inducing a decrease of visual function and age-related physiological vision decline.
