PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system for enlarging a movable range of a call transmitter by establishing radio connection between the call transmitter and a call receiver.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: plate slave units having slave unit connection sections a nurse call master unit, and a control unit. The system includes: call transmitters having movable sections for allowing each cared person to perform an operation to make a call and call receivers connected to the slave unit connection sections of the plate slave units and performing radio communication with the call transmitters. Each call transmitter includes: a transmitter CPU for detecting the operation of the movable section and generating a call signal and a radio transmission section for converting a call signal generated by the transmitter CPU into a radio signal and transmitting the signal to the call receiver.
