SOLUTION: The image diagnosis support method includes: a step for searching an abnormal shadow candidate area considered as a lesion site in each tomographic image of a plurality of tomographic images where a subject is photographed a step for specifying a partial area including the specified abnormal shadow candidate from the abnormal shadow candidate area detected from each tomographic image, the partial area that is a partial area in a virtual three-dimensional image in which a plurality of tomographic images are arranged, and extracting a pixel data corresponding to the partial area specified from the plurality of the tomographic images as the partial image data and a step for corresponding the extracted partial image data with the position information of the partial area in a virtual three-dimensional image and storing it in a memory device.
