A kind of purposes of the system of the present invention in relation to protein hydrolyzate as immune function is to adjust human immune system with what to maintain the balance of inflammatory response. And the protein hydrolyzate of various concentration can inhibit to promote inflammatory factor and generate the anti-inflammatory factor, by maintaining the balance of rush inflammatory factor and the anti-inflammatory factor, to adjust human immune system in the case where not influencing cell viability.本發明係有關一種蛋白水解液作為免疫功能之用途，其係用於調節人體免疫系統以維持發炎反應之平衡。本發明之蛋白水解液係經由木瓜酵素及蛋白酶N水解蛋白稀釋液而製成。且不同濃度的蛋白水解液在不影響細胞生存能力的情況下，會抑制促發炎因子以及產生抗發炎因子，藉由維持促發炎因子以及抗發炎因子的平衡，來調節人體免疫系統。
