A liquid circulating member for a massage device of the present invention includes a main body and a seal. The main body has a space defined therein, and a passage is formed in an inner bottom of the space. The seal is shaped to match the main body. The seal has an externally spread adhesive layer to allow the seal to be coupled to the main body to seal the passage. The seal has an inlet and an outlet to allow circulation of liquid along the passage.
