PURPOSE: A polymer drug delivery system of three dimensional shape and a method for preparing the same are provided to control drug release. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polymer drug delivery system by inkjet printing method comprises: a step of mixing biocompatible polymers, drug, and organic solvent to prepare polymer ink； a step of injecting the polymer ink to a printer cartridge and mounting the cartridge to an inkjet printer； and a step of performing inkjet printing of polymer ink on a substrate. The organic solvent includes tetrahydrofuran, dimethyl aceteamide, dimethyl formamide, chloroform, dimethyl sulfoxide, butanol, isopropanol, isobutayl alcohol, tetra butyl alcohol, acetic acid, 1,4-dioxane, toluene, or dimethyl formamide.본 발명은 생체 적합성 고분자, 약물 및 유기용매를 혼합하여 제조된 고분자 잉크를 잉크젯 프린팅하여 제조된 3차원 형태의 고분자 약물 전달체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 약물 방출이 조절되도록 제조된 고분자 잉크를 사용하여 잉크젯 프린팅 방법에 의해 다양한 3차원 형태로 제조될 수 있는 약물 전달체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하여 이를 사용하는 경우 환자에 따라 맞춤형으로 약물 방출 조절이 가능하며 약물 전달량을 정확하게 조절할 수 있다.
