<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a scanning type optical fiber which enables easy and reliable alignment of a central axis of an optical fiber with an optical axis of a lens and reliably ensures the insulation between a casing and a soldering part. <；P>；SOLUTION: A second inner circumferential surface 137 of a fixing member 130 includes a cross-sectional area greater than that of the soldering part 180 of a piezo actuator 110 and a power cable 170 in a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction. An adhesive 160 is filled between the end of a proximal end side of the piezo actuator 110 and the second inner circumferential surface 137.
