Disclosed are novel camptothecin derivatives having anti-tumor activity (the basic structure thereof is as shown in the figure) and compositions of such compounds and use thereof. The compounds according to the present invention exhibit very good water solubility and stability, show good selectivity among drugs of the same category, and have a very high therapeutic index. Such compounds are promising as therapeutic agents for treating tumors.La présente invention a pour objet de nouveaux dérivés de la camptothécine ayant une activité antitumorale (leur structure de base est telle que montré sur la figure) et des compositions de tels composés et leur utilisation. Les composés selon la présente invention manifestent une très bonne solubilité dans leau et une très bonne stabilité dans leau, présentent une bonne sélectivité parmi les médicaments de la même catégorie, et ont un indice thérapeutique très élevé. De tels composés sont prometteurs en tant quagents thérapeutiques pour le traitement de tumeurs.
