A tablet dispenser of a drug packing apparatus according to the present invention comprises a fixed frame； a moving frame； a dispensing tray； a shutter； a tablet storage； pushing rollers； and a pushing roller transfer unit. The fixed frame is fixed to inside the drug packing apparatus. The moving frame is supported on the fixed frame to linearly move horizontally from the state of being inserted into the fixed frame and be withdrawn outward of the drug packing apparatus. The dispensing tray is fixed to the moving frame and has tablet dispensing holes for receiving dispensed tablets arranged horizontally in at least one column. The shutter opens and closes the tablet dispensing holes simultaneously at the lower side of the dispensing tray. Tablet storage holes are arranged to receive tablets being discharged from the tablet dispensing holes as a tablet storage is fixed to the fixed frame and the moving frame is inserted into the fixed frame. And the tablet storage holes have doors hinge-connected to each lower opening of the tablet storage holes to open and close the tablet storage holes. The pushing rollers close the tablet storage holes by pushing the doors while being transferred on an endless track in the column direction of the tablet storage holes at the lower side of the tablet storage, or open the tablet storage holes by being separated from the doors.
