The present invention provides a taxane pharmaceutical solution containing solubilizing agent and a method for preparing same, and a combination usage of the pharmaceutical solution and emulsion. In clinic use, the pharmaceutical solution is dispersed in the emulsion and shaken uniformly and then applied through intravenous injection. Due to the inclusion of the solubilizing agent, the stability duration of the pharmaceutical solution dispersed in the emulsion is surprisingly extended and the surface oil problem of the dispersion liquid is also overcome, thereby helping improving clinically pharmaceutical safety and effectiveness. The present invention also provides a method for preparing a taxane pharmaceutical solution, a composition containing taxane pharmaceutical solution and emulsion, and a combined package composed of taxane pharmaceutical solution and emulsion.
