The present invention relates to a water circulation structure using wave energy in a step of supplying and discharging seawater differently from a conventional aquafarm, wherein an aquafarm is operated to culture marine organisms by storing seawater. Seawater used in the aquafarm is more effectively and stably used, and a power generator using the potential energy of water obtained during a seawater circulation step is operated, so that electric energy is generated to be utilized in various fields. The water circulation structure comprises: a pillar-shaped fixing rod fixed and installed on the bed under the sea to vertically stand; a lever member coupled with the fixing rod to upwardly and downwardly move; a floating body connected with the lever member to be floated on the seawater surface; a piston coupled with the lever member and moved by means of the upward and downward movement of the floating body; a cylinder having a top enabling the piston penetrated therethrough to upwardly and downwardly move, a bottom feeding hole submerged in seawater to feed seawater, and an internal discharging hole circulating seawater; a water tank installed higher than the seawater surface to be provided with seawater and culture marine organisms; a seawater supplying pipe connected with the internal discharging hole of the cylinder to supply fed seawater to the water tank; a seawater discharging pipe downwardly formed to make seawater discharged from the water tank downwardly fall; a power generator installed at the bottom of the seawater discharging pipe to generate electric energy by receiving seawater passing and falling from the seawater discharging pipe; and a capacitor storing and transmitting electric energy generated from the power generator.
